WELCOME
Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
ORDERS
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
PAYMENT
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Francisco sales tax is 8.5%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
RECEIVING ORDERS
We take 1-3 days to process your orders.
SHIPPING
US - We ship orders via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Hawaii, APO and PO Boxes will be shipped by FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.
International - We ship orders via FedEx Express or USPS depending on location. All shipments will have tracking number provided. *International orders are subject to being charged custom fees by the destination country's government. Benny Gold is not responsible for these charges or fees. *Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping
PRIVACY
All Information collected during your visit to bennygold.com is kept private and confidential. We respect our customers and keep all information private.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY up to 7 days from the delivery date. Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached. Please email contact@bennygold.com with details on exchanging your item. Exchanged items will not be credited for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Benny Gold. Once received, we will send out your exchange.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
